Many MANY online stores do not invest in their own transport service. They simply pick up the phone and get some random to deliver for them. The result can be seen below. Limelight Direct however believe that paying for the product is ONLY THE beginining of a good service.
It is easy to request a carrier to deliver the next day, the problem is these carriers handle all goods for all people. The goods will go via trunking depots and with our previous experience achieve a 30% chance of damage.

To ensure we minimise damage WE DELIVER only OUR ORDERS direct TO YOUR DOOR - simple.
With this in mind we can ensure the following:
1. We book your delivery in within 24 hours of your order, to be delivered within days.
2. The night before delivery we text to remind you your delivery is coming.
3 On the day of delivery our driver will ring your mobile 30 minutes before informing you he is close by. This will enable you to return home, take delivery and get on with your day.
4. We don't expect you to inspect your goods on the doorstep. We allow you SEVEN days to carefully check you are satisfied with your order and report any problems. Beware of companies that deny you this option.
Please note: Our drivers work alone, our delivery service whilst helpful is down to the driver. He is not obliged to carry the goods upstairs or use lifts in blocks of flats
