Delivery Service Available -

1 . Our automated software advises you when we are next in your area and the delivery charge due.The charge quoted is per delivery not item. Due to high rate of damage by couriers all deliveries are completed by our own drivers. For this reason we only visit your area once a week.
We generaly visit the same area on the same day each week.

2.The date shown is for your information only and does not mean that your delivery is booked for the date quoted. Once we receive your order our transport will contact you by telephone or text normally within 24-hours to confirm a delivery date. Until this process has been complete the delivery is not booked in.

3. Once booked you will receive a text the night before to remind you your delivery is out. Our drivers start delivering from 6am in the morning, if you are one of the first drops he will ring you the night before to advise. Unfortunatley someone has to be first and someone last, due to driving hour restrictions we cannot alter the delivery order. Our driver will ring you  30min before he his due to arrive.

4. We use our own drivers so great care will be taken during the delivery service. Remember it is alot easier to stick it on a carrier for the next day but too be honest they simply dont care. With our service we control ALL aspects of the service.

5. The service we offer is a door to door 1 man delivery service, the driver will help you take your product to a safe ground floor room of your choice at the customers own risk  . If you live in a flat our drivers reserve the right to leave at the main entrance, this is due to access or parking restrictions. They will however try their best.
