Q1:
Why are your products cheaper than I have seen in the High Street or other internet sites ?
Answer: We purchase our stock in bulk and manufacturer direct using sustained forests.
Q2:
Are your product sub-standard or inferior ?
Answer: Definitely NOT. All our products are solid and come with the manufacturers guarantee. All our beds are secured by strong METAL fixings on each corner. Don't be fooled into thinking, 'if its dearer it must therefore be better!' You may be simply paying extra to cover their extra costs.
Q3:
What quality are your mattresses
Answer: Due to our buying power we deal direct with the manufacturers. WE sell FIVE main types of mattress, all to the British standard BS7177. These are:
Standard Pheonix mattress: 5" soft for beds that are designed for light use.
BELMONTmattress: 8" medium for beds that require comfort and support.
TELFORD spring mattress. 8" inch medium mattress with damask covering and quilted top.
ORTHORoyal mattress: 10" Orthopedic for extra support, with a damask covering.
Lockwood POCKET Sprung mattress: 12" Orthopedic for extra support, with damask
covering. This mattress comes with an exceptionally high specification.
Q4:
If I haven't seen the goods prior to delivery what if I don't like them.
Answer: We accept the fact that without seeing the goods "in the Flesh" you cannot be 100% sure. For this reason we operate a no quibble returns policy. If you don't like what you receive simply re-wrap in the original packaging and call us for a collection. Please note we cannot accept the return of any goods that have been assembled, returned without the packaging or have been damaged.

Do you charge for delivery or have a minimum order ?

Q6:
How to I cancel my order if I change my mind.
Answer: Unlike other web-land companies we are a stockist so do not have to order your items in. For this if you wish to cancel your order you will not be hit with a large handling cost. You must ideally cancel by e-mail quoting your order number provided 48 hours before delivery.
Q7:
What if I accept the goods but change my mind later ?
Answer: We operate a full return & refund policy on all goods. Providing all goods remain unused and in their original packaging we will collect them at NO CHARGE. Please note we cannot refund any delivery charge, regardless of the reason for return. This is subject to conditions, please click here for details.

: Do you dispose of the old bed , click here for more details?.
Answer: Yes we can, subject to the area you live in. A small charge applies for this service, from £ 25 per bed Please ask our sales team. Your furniture is disposed of responsibly at the Council Waste Unit.
Q9:
Do the beds come assembled?
Answer: Unfortunately NO, if they were delivered assembled we would not be able to get them through your front door. All beds are delivered with easy home assembly instructions with all fixings included. Due to insurance restrictions our drivers cannot deliver upstairs or to a second floor.

Is the furniture delivered assembled?
Answer: Please check each range for these details, our Chevron, Corona, Ramona or Eldon are for self assembly. Our Sherwood and Snowden are delivered ready assembled. If in doubt please ask our sales on 01767 682007
