Returns Policy
Under the distance selling regulations, you are quite within your rights to change your mind at any time within the first seven days. If the goods have been delivered you must return the goods to our base in Sandy, Bedfordshire to get a full refund, including the intial delivery charge. The goods must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Please be aware that once you have assembled your order it is deemded to be have been accepted. For this reason ONLY assemble the product if you are satisfied with your purchase. We cannot accept the return of goods on the basis you are not happy with the finish or quality after it has been assembled.
If you decide you wish to return the goods we can however arrange for a collection
at no extra charge, FREE. However if you choose this method we will refund the full cost of the goods less the initial delivery charge. By accepting our free offer to collect you are accepting a refund less the initial delivery charge.
Your obligations are to make the goods available for collection and to take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession. This is called a duty of care. We are allowed to take up to 21 days to collect however our policy is collection within 7 days.
Once the goods are back in our depot our warehouse will inspect the contents of the goods returned, once satisified your account will be passed to our accounts department for credit. The distance selling act allows us 30 days to complete this process from the time the goods arrived in our warehouse.
